Help! I don't see my desired gemstone/size, is it possible to make it?"

You can always send us an email to talk about all the options. Often there's a world of possibilities, so don't be shy and ask us!
How long before my order will ship out?

We will ship out orders within 5-7 business days through PostNL by registered mail. You also have an option to insure your package! When we don't have your desired piece in stock, we will make it custom for you. This means it can take a little longer for your order to ship out, approximately 10-15 business days.
What material is your jewelry made of?

We use 14k gold or nickelfree silver for our jewelry. All the gemstones are genuine, unless stated otherwise.
How do I put the jewelry in?

See our page 'How to install'. Although some people are able to install their jewelry themselves, we suggest visiting on a professional piercer to assist you so your jewelry is installed securely and correctly. You are of course always welcome in the shops that carry Classic Gold: Dare2Wear (Amsterdam), Classic Ink & Mods (Amsterdam) and Classic Glamour (Rotterdam).
What size jewelry should I buy?

You are always welcome to send us a message at info@classicgoldamsterdam.com, however, it's always best to let a piercer assess in person! We can only do a guess what size you are currently wearing/need to wear as it's hard to estimate all the dimensions. It's important to know your size for sure, as we don't return or exchange any of our pieces because of hygiene reasons. Keep in mind that one size rarely fits all, there is no 'standard' in jewelry sizes.
Do you ship outside of the Netherlands?

Yes, we do!
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges, because of hygiene reasons. This is why it's really important you are sure about the size you are ordering.
What are the prices for genuine diamonds?

Almost all pieces displayed on our webshop can be custom-made using a diamond as the preferred gemstone instead. The prices are as follows. (Price difference is to be added to the original price) +50eur - 1.5mm diamond +65eur - 1.7mm diamond +100eur - 2mm diamond +200eur - 2.5mm diamond + 75eur gold (total 275eur) +400eur - 3mm diamond + 75eur gold (total 475eur)
Do you work with genuine Diamonds?

Yes, we certainly do! Our Diamonds are VVSI Wesselton Diamonds. Sourced in a responsible manner. See our other Q&A for pricing.
